There were over 250 entrants for the Norwich Triathlon last Sunday, excellently organised by TriAnglia triathlon club.  The race took place at Whitlingham starting with a 1500m swim in Whitlingham Broad, followed by a 38km bike around the villages south of Norwich, finishing with a 10km run incorporating two laps of Whitlingham Broad.

Three Great Yarmouth Road Runners took part with Myles Duffield completing the race in a fantastic time of 2hr29m07s in his first Olympic distance triathlon.  Next back for the club was Andrew Baker in 2hr33m35s.  Kerstin Langer had a great race, coming second in her age category in a time of 2hr45m35s.
